Returns
If you receive your damaged item, we will replace the item at no charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with a photo of the item.
Once your item has been received, we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. (Used product, or opened from their original packaging)
Customers are at all times responsible for paying shipping costs when returning/damaging a product.
We do not accept returns for customers who change their mind about an item they receive.

PURCHASES VIA KLARNA:
If you made your purchase using the Klarna payment method, you have the right to return the goods purchased via Klarna within 14 days after you received the product and it is in an untouched condition. i.e. not opened.
Requests/returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be approved or processed. If you return your product without a request, it will not be processed and you will lose your right to a refund of the purchase price.
If you wish to receive the unfounded return shipment again, the shipping costs are for your own account. You must first transfer this to the account number provided by us, only after receipt of the shipping costs will your product be offered to you again.
If you indicate that you have sent us a return after approval but we have not received it and you have not used a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance, we are not liable for the loss of your return shipment.
