How do I join?
Create a free LASHBABE account or log in. You're a member straight away and earn from your next order.
How many coins do I earn?
You earn 5 coins for every €1 you spend (shipping and gift cards excluded). Higher tiers earn faster: Gold 1.25×, Diamond 1.5×, Ruby 1.75×, Emerald 2×.
How do I use my coins?
100 coins = €1 off, redeem from 500 coins (€5). The minimum order depends on your tier: Silver €60, Gold €70, Diamond €80, Ruby €90, Emerald €100. Your order also has to be at least 4 times the value of your code. Your code is valid for 30 days; if you don't use it, you get your coins back. Open My account → Credits (or the member card on this page), pick an amount and tap Redeem. You get a personal code that goes straight on your bag.
How do the VIP tiers work?
Your tier is based on your total spend with us: Silver up to €100, Gold up to €200, Diamond up to €350, Ruby up to €500, Emerald above that. The higher your tier, the more coins per order. From Gold you get birthday coins, from Ruby priority with our customer service.
What do I get on my birthday?
500 coins, from Gold level (more than €100 spent in total). Add your birthday in My account → Credits; in your birthday week they're waiting for you as soon as you log in.
Do I get coins for a review?
Yes: 200 coins for each published review of something you bought, for up to 2 reviews a year. Use the email address of your account. The coins are the same for every star rating, so please be honest.
How does referring work?
Your personal friend code is in My account → Credits. Your friend gets 10% off with it. When it's her first order with us, you get 200 coins, for up to 5 friends a month. If her order is fully refunded, the coins go back.
Do I get coins for following you?
Yes: 100 coins per channel, once. Log in and tap Follow under Ways to earn (on this page or in My account → Credits); the coins are added straight away.
