1. GENERAL
Your privacy is very important to us. That's why this privacy and cookie statement explains exactly what we do with the data we collect about our customers, newsletter subscribers, Ambassadors, suppliers, applicants, and users of our social media channels.

We obtain your personal data when you visit our website. Or when you actively provide us with your personal data, for example, when placing an order or creating an account. In some cases, we obtain your data from third parties. Consider, for example, the situation where someone else provides us with your personal data to have products shipped to your address.
We process all personal data solely on the basis of the following principles:
- performance of the agreement;
- legal obligation;
- legitimate interest.
Sometimes we also process personal data with your consent. If this is the case, we will explicitly ask for it. We also remind you that you can withdraw this consent at any time.
Below we explain which personal data we process per category of data subjects.
2. CUSTOMERS
We are an online store specializing in various cosmetics. To deliver these products and provide our services, we process personal data.
Orders
We use your personal data when you place an order with us. This includes your name and address, telephone number, email address, billing address, shipping address, and payment information.
We use this information to:
- to deliver the ordered products;
- to be able to call, email or text you about your order, for example if something is no longer in stock or a shipment is late; and
- for the financial settlement of the order, such as payment and, if necessary, accounts receivable management.
We process this data to fulfill the agreement. We do not retain the data we process for longer than necessary to process the order. We retain some data for longer if we are legally required to do so. Consider the seven (7) year tax retention period.
Welcome bonus
You can sign up for a welcome bonus on the website. This is entirely voluntary and not mandatory. We use your personal data when you place an order with us. This includes your name and address.
Account
You can create a personal account with us and register. This is not mandatory. You can also place an order as a guest.
When you create an account, we process your first and last name, email address, and chosen password. We use this information to create an account for you to log in to. Once the account is created, we also process your orders, shipping address, billing address, and payment information.
We use your data to:
- to provide you with a clear platform in which your current orders and order history are visible;
- providing individual product recommendations;
- offering a loyalty program that allows points to be earned;
- processing contacts with our customer service.
We process some of this data to fulfill the agreement. This includes your shipping address and billing address. We process other data because we have a legitimate interest in making your shopping experience as enjoyable, accessible, and personalized as possible, with the goal of retaining you as a satisfied customer for longer. When weighing your interests, we explicitly considered the fact that creating an account is not mandatory. You can also order as a guest without creating an account. Participation in the loyalty program is entirely voluntary and based solely on your consent.
We retain this information for a maximum of three (3) months after you close your account. You can close your account yourself or edit your account information at any time. You can also unsubscribe from the loyalty program at any time. Any points you've earned will then be forfeited.
Customer service
If you have any questions or complaints about our services or your orders, please contact our customer service. You can do this via chat. If we can't resolve the issue via chat, we'll call you back or arrange a video call. We process your name, phone number, and email address, if you've provided one. We also store the chat and video calls.
We process this data because we have a legitimate interest in doing so. It's necessary for us to be able to answer questions, verify whether complaints are justified, or improve the service provided by our customer service team.
We retain this information until we are certain that we have adequately answered your questions or complaints.
NEWSLETTER
We have a newsletter. Existing customers are automatically added to the subscriber list. If you're not a customer, you'll only be added if you sign up. We process your first and last name and email address for this purpose.
We use the newsletter to:
- to explain to you who we are and what we do;
- to inform you about beauty and care and what our products can do for you;
- to inform you about new products and events;
- to inform you about our promotions.
We only use your data with your permission. We retain this information until you unsubscribe. You can do this at any time via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
- AMBASSADORS
By signing up for our Ambassador Program, you can earn a reward in the form of free products or monetary compensation for referring customers to us. We process your name and address, email address, phone number, Instagram and TikTok pages, information about your sales, and your payment information.
We use this data:
- to create an Ambassador account for you;
- to include you in our Ambassador WhatsApp group so we can inform you about new products and events;
- to invite you to events; and
- to assess how much commission you have earned and pay it out to you.
We process this data to fulfill the agreement. We do not retain the data we process for longer than necessary to process the order. We retain some data for longer if we are legally required to do so. Consider the seven (7) year tax retention period.
SUPPLIERS
If we engage you as a supplier, we may also process data about you or your employees. We process Chamber of Commerce (KvK) numbers, VAT numbers, payment information, and sometimes data about your employees, such as a first and last name, telephone number, or personal email address.
We use this information to:
- to purchase products or services from you;
- to contact you about our purchases when you order them or in case of a complaint;
- for the payment and financial and administrative settlement of our purchases.
We process this data to fulfill the agreement. We do not retain the data we process for longer than necessary to process the order. We retain some data for longer if we are legally required to do so. Consider the seven (7) year tax retention period.
APPLICANTS
When you apply for a job with us, we process your personal data. This may include your name and address, date of birth, gender, email address, and telephone number. We may also process information about your (current) work experience, education, courses, financial information, and other information from your resume, cover letter, and/or interview notes.
We process this data:
- to process your application;
- to assess whether you are suitable for the position;
- to alert you to future vacancies (if you have given us permission to do so).
We process this data because we have a legitimate interest in recruiting new staff and assessing suitable candidates. We cannot do this without processing personal data. This specifically concerns data you provide to us yourself or that you have made public, for example, on your social media profiles.
If you don't become employed by us after applying, we'll retain your personal data for a maximum of four (4) months. We'll retain your data for a maximum of one (1) year after the application process, only if you give us permission. We do this so we can connect you with any future vacancies that match your profile.
SOCIAL MEDIA
We're active on various social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitch, Pinterest, and LinkedIn . The social media channels we're active on may change from time to time. We also have social media buttons on our website. If you follow us or comment on our posts and messages, or those of other users who mention us in their messages, we process the data from your profile and the messages you post.
We process this data because we have a legitimate interest in being active on social media and establishing a profile there. The data we process is exclusively the information you have made public in your profile. We would like to point out that it is also possible to read our messages without responding to them, and thus without us processing your data.
Please note that the administrators of these social media services and/or websites may also process your personal data. If you want to know what these parties do with your data, we recommend that you read their privacy statements.
We retain this information until you delete your comment under our posts. Please note that the administrators of these channels may retain your data for longer. You can find more information about this in the privacy statements of these parties.
PROVISION TO THIRD PARTIES
We only provide your personal data to third parties if this is necessary to properly perform our services. Third parties we engage in the performance of our services include:
- IT suppliers, such as Microsoft and parties for hosting and maintenance of the website;
- Fulfillment and delivery services to process orders;
- External advisors such as an accountant, bookkeeper or lawyer;
- Payment services such as iDEAL, Mollie, Klarna and Paypal;
- Email and marketing platforms for our marketing, funnels, newsletters, etc.
Sometimes we must provide personal data to a third party if legally required to do so. For example, if the police demand it based on suspicion of a crime.
