Return Policy
Is there an issue with your order or did you receive a damaged item? No worries – we’re here to help! If you’ve received a damaged product, we will of course replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@bylashbabe.com, including your order number and a clear photo of the item.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original, unopened packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Return shipping costs are initially the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a damaged item or an approved complaint, we will fully reimburse the return shipping costs.

PURCHASES VIA KLARNA:
If you made your purchase using the Klarna payment method, you have the right to return the goods purchased via Klarna within 14 days after you received the product and it is in an untouched condition. i.e. not opened.
Requests/returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be approved or processed. If you return your product without a request, it will not be processed and you will lose your right to a refund of the purchase price.
If you wish to receive the unfounded return shipment again, the shipping costs are for your own account. You must first transfer this to the account number provided by us, only after receipt of the shipping costs will your product be offered to you again.
If you indicate that you have sent us a return after approval but we have not received it and you have not used a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance, we are not liable for the loss of your return shipment.
