This website is operated by Lashbabe, also referred to in these Terms and Conditions as "we", "us" or "our". These terms and conditions apply to your purchase from us.
Emails
When you register with us, you can choose whether or not you want to receive emails from us. If you initially choose to do so, you can always change your mind by unsubscribing from our emails. We do not send unsolicited emails.
Intellectual property rights -
All intellectual property contained on our website, including but not limited to trademarks, images, graphics, copyrights, layout and design of our website are owned by us or our content suppliers.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
Orders
If after placing an order with us, if we learn that there will be delays in shipping to you (beyond the prescribed), or that we are out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
Payment
The payment gateway we use is powered by our website provider Shopify. This is a secure gateway that you can trust.
Prices
All prices are shown in your home country currency, including GST. The shipping cost of our product is not included in the price and may vary depending on your location. After you enter your address on our website, the relevant shipping cost will appear.
Return
We will only accept returns of our products if the products are in pristine condition, if the products are damaged upon arrival or are not fit for purpose. In circumstances where the product is damaged we will not be able to accept the return and will not refund the purchase price.
We will only accept returns that have been returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Should this be the case, please contact us immediately at info@bylashbabe.com and we will arrange a refund.
If you have any difficulties applying the products/wearing time, please contact our customer service directly at: info@bylashbabe.com and they will assist you in solving this.
Risk
Upon delivery, the risk of loss or damage to the product is transferred to you. We are not responsible for packages that are lost by: Postnl & Dhl. Refund of your money is therefore not possible. If research shows that the product is lost, we will use a new product.
Before using the product on your body, test it on your hand first.
Dispatch
We ship worldwide unless otherwise stated. Your product will be delivered to your nominated address within 15 working days, starting the day after the order is placed.
Please note that we have no control over any customs or import duties that may be charged when your order reaches your country. These customs charges may cause delays and you are required to pay them.
Your information
Please ensure that the contact information you provide to us is correct. If you enter someone else's information, you warrant that you are authorised by that person to provide that information. If you choose to create an account with us, you must keep your password secure. Your account is your responsibility regardless of any unauthorised access that others may have obtained. If you believe that your account may no longer be secure, please contact us immediately.
