Dissatisfied with falsies and eyelash extensions, we embarked on a journey to create a solution that offered the best of both worlds—long-lasting, affordable, and easy-to-apply lashes you can use from the comfort of your home.

With no existing product meeting our criteria, we innovated ourselves.
Inspired by a professional makeup artist's technique of using small segments under natural lashes, we experimented tirelessly. After months of perfecting our method, we achieved our vision. The response was immediate—people
asked, "Who does your lashes?" and "Are they real?" We knew we had created something special.

At just 24 years old, Cicely Hermanus, a vibrant entrepreneur from Tiel, the Netherlands, has transformed her passion into a successful business. With a rich cultural heritage as a blend of Surinamese and Indonesian roots,
Cicely’s path to success was anything but straightforward. From a young age, she was driven to create something unique, experimenting with various business ventures while still in school.

Undeterred by early setbacks in other e-commerce businesses, Cicely's entrepreneurial journey continued with a beauty product store, which faced challenges due to rapid growth. Each experience, whether successful or not, served as a stepping stone, shaping her approach and fortifying her resolve. By late 2020, armed with these lessons, she launched LASHBABE, a DIY fast lashes brand that quickly gained success. Her unwavering dedication to quality and understanding of customer needs has driven LASHBABE’s growth.
