Returns Policy
Is there something wrong with your order or did you receive a damaged item? Don't worry – we're happy to help. In case of a damaged product, we will, of course, replace it free of charge . Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@bylashbabe.com , including your order number and a clear photo of the product.
You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after delivery . Items must be returned unused and in their original, unopened packaging . For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Return shipping costs are initially your responsibility. In the case of a damaged item or an approved complaint, we will, of course, reimburse the return shipping costs .

PURCHASES VIA KLARNA:
If you made your purchase using Klarna's payment method, you have the right to return goods purchased through Klarna within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is in its original condition, i.e., unopened.
Requests/returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be approved or processed. If you return your product without a request, it will not be processed, and you will lose your right to a refund.
If you wish to receive the unjustified return, the shipping costs will be at your own expense. You must first transfer these costs to the account number we provided. Only after the shipping costs have been received will your product be offered to you again.
If you indicate that you have sent us a return after approval, but we have not received it and you did not use a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance, we are not liable for the loss of your return.
